I'm holding steady around 203, but I'm 5' 9 3/4"

I put on my Aloha shirt with the sharks, then my bloody deck neck garter for work. I'm noticing something about the arms on these shirts these days. Besides my little-little, my arms are probably the smallest thing on my body. And yet, these cuffs are riding up in my arm pits. WTF?

Welcome to my world man. Finding appropriate close when you start adding size in the right places becomes difficult haha.

So I snuck into the gym this morning before anyone was there. My god......getting back to where I was is going to be hard. I'm sore as I can be right now.

No matter what I did at home, I cant match the intensity of the gym. I weighed 180lbs even.....so I'm down 17lbs or so officially. Got a lot of work ahead if me.

Not when I have a shirt on. You can tell a difference.

Yeah...but you are a big guy. Imagine being 5'7" and losing that much weight.

At least you still look the part.

I hope it's easier on you than it's been on me. I haven't been this sore in ages. But I've never missed the gym this long.

Feel like I'm playing with baby weights!

I've been mostly using baby weights at home as well going for feel rather than moving weight. Feels like more work and not as much injury risk

What rules are in place? How big of a gym?

It’s been almost 2 months with no gym and at least another month or longer.

Good idea. My gym has a basketball course and 4 racket ball courts they could use to do the same.

Damn just saw John meadows had heart attack, watch him all the time, like his training advice. Get well buddy. Also shitty to hear about Luke sandoe committing suicide. Didnt know much about him but seems like such a waste all those gains killed literally.

I heard about Meadows...but not about Luke. That is sad.

John has some very good training programs. I just wished he had toned down the other stuff. A couple of years ago, he really turned it up for a show and you could tell it took an effect as he didn't look healthy.

He's always came across as being sensible, but unfortunately if your a Professional...that lifestyle isn't healthy in my opinion.

Looks like my gym will be reopening on the 18th, so have to wait another week yet. Down to 186 from around 200. Can't wait to get back in there. I wouldn't say I dread working out at home, but by time I get home from work after 10+hrs there I never have the motivation to go for a boring run. Ready to get back in the swing of things.

Was back in the gym Monday finally. Had to go after work as employees need to be there to take your temperature upon entry. Then you just have to wash your hands before you workout and sanitize your station after. Nothing crazy.

Lifted back/tri. Woke up in the middle of the night last night with probably the sorest my back as ever been. In a solid bit of pain this morning too lol. This first week back is going to beat the shit out of me haha.

Last couple of nights I've been cutting sod with a pick-axe, so we can pour some cement and add a new shed. Yesterday morning I was walking thru the parking lot and ALMOST got a hammy cramp - SMH.

I certainly can feel the middle of my shoulder blades too.
