I have not read the comics but Michonne is supposedly hard core. I think one of the zombies she has in tow is her ex BF. There have definitely been some disappointments this season, but the last episode has me stoked for next season.

An asian sword is probably one of the best weapons against the slow zombies in the walking dead. Doesn't run out of ammo, fairly long range for a sword. Easier to use. Can probably kill more zombies per second then a gun. The constant headshots with the guns they portray isn't realistic at all. Why I just brought realism into a zombie show IDK. But I did.

I didn't notice for sure the two armless were walkers, I was thinking more they were bait if she gets in trouble. Not that I expect that much from the way she weilded that sword.

And why, when you bash their heads in do they bleed black, but the front of all the cars are covered in red?

Zombies bleed black because the dead don't breathe. Their blood isn't oxygenated. My guess though, is that the blood smears being red on the car is from being exposed to oxygen on a thin surface.

i know Michonne is part of the story, but I think when you get the "super hero" part of it, it starts getting wierd, almost too comical. I read the comic series synopsis, and am not excited about the series if they continue down the same path. It just keeps dragging on and on...I understand the comic series is still ongoing and haven't figured out how to end, but damnit, i want to see an end to this series.

Up until now it's been fairly realistic (except the flawless repeat head-shots by everyone in the group)… this suburban house-wife turned katana wielding zombie-slayer seems over the top. I really hope she doesn't become a main character on the show.

oh but she will be, if the comic series is any indication, she will be the 2nd most important character in the story.

But to my point, the current comic series is stuck in a cycle of meeting others in other settlements and their interactions with them (killing each other)...kind of like a story that won't end.

Show is from a comic book.... You don't take the huge angry green guy out of the hulk movie to make it more realistic.

And there are zombies running around and your complaining about realism...

Yeah… I realized that would probably be pointed out as I made that post. I guess what I'm saying is, a group of people pulling together and using their survival instincts to live during the zombie-pocolypse is one thing. A housewife running around performing superhuman feats with a katana is another (with no exposure to the comic, I'm not even sure if this is the role her character takes – just hoping it's not).
