Ive been buying, just not individual stocks. But if I would have acted on what I said......I could have made a decent amount in a relatively short time.

I bought it at 90, didn't think much of it, if it hit 90 then that's cool. I went for a walk from work and I came back it was on my positions list. lol

I didn't sell any shares today, I think it'll turn out more once this wave is cleared. There's no way Boeing is going to go down. I also didn't want to sell because of the tax you have to pay for the profit you'd make... almost didn't make sense.

That's with any trade. You're going to get taxed regardless, it's just a matter of short or long.

Well if it dips slightly or stalls out a bit, I'm getting in this time.

AAPL - $220 around $250 rn
UBER - $20 around $26 rn
NCLH - $7.85 around $17.55 rn
EAT - $8.22 around $15.50

If I did it would be to hold on to for awhile as it's relatively inexpensive. If the 737 has any more issues, then I could see Airbus doing even better.

But Boeing is still looking very enticing to me right now. Just a "gut" feeling I have had for a few weeks.

I need to get off my a$$ and commit at least something! I would still plan to hold at least a year

Recovery has started Not really, when's the next pull back coming? I thought we hit the death cross.

Does anyone short stocks? I've done it before but it hasn't worked out for me well in the past. Today would be a good day I think. Didn't realize I'd need a margin account.

I did pretty well on UVXY on the down this past month. There are a bunch of ETF style shorts. I dont think you need any special account for these. I trade on Robinhood.

Up 16% on my entire portfolio within the last week, but I'm selling a lot off to take profits and reinvest once this rally ends.

I am considering the same but afraid to pull the trigger. I may just sit and ride it out. I have almost recovered entirely at this point. Sinking a ton of cash in at the bottom helped...

I just put more money into my broker account. Waiting for another pull back now after this 3 day winning streak to get into some more stocks. Wish I had just bought Boeing when I saw it in the 90s, oh well.... could've should've would've

Market is up 1000+ points today after a record breaking 3.28 million jobless claims have been filed for unemployment and COVID-19 continues to rise and death toll increasing daily....

This sounds like a bull trap to me unless someone has some wise knowledge to spit and explain what the fuck is going on? People are really just betting on this stimulus bill to change the whole economy it seems.

I'm buying more park, but waiting for a week or longer depending on how things develop. It's not going to go up by much at this time (nobody's going on business trips anytime soon), but still has potential to come down.

It is. This was the similar reaction the markets had when the stimulus package was announced in 2008. Thinking worst was behind us with Bear Sterns & Lehman brothers out of business and government stepping in to aid the losses. Little did we know market wasn't even half way down to its final bottom.

This time is definitely different, but I do believe we will have another slump.

I don't want to be a doom and gloom guy but these markets are reacting to a fake stimulus...

The fundamentals are really really bad... you are about to have record unemployment, you almost have negative interest rates, you will have inflation due to a massive of amount of liquidity that was just injected... what will the airlines do with the money? They are laying people off left and right reducing capacity, I am not sure how the money is supposed to help anyone. There is a massive demand problem here.

I forsee a major tanking when people realize this is another fake prop up.
