I just read this part. I know how it is with those extremely hot chicks that make you forget what life was like before them.

1. Exercise. Listen to music and start running until it hurts. You'll be running 6 miles uphill in no time. The runner's high will help.
2. Everytime you think of her, associate her image with a horrible creature like a hayena.
3. Go to church...don't ask why, it just helps (even if it sucks, you don't believe or you're bored).

The pain will stick with you for a while, but it won't last forever. These women will make you pay even more in the long run, so it's best to stop the abuse now.
