The guy owns a body shop and exotic rental company. They were crashing the ferrari because they fixed it up and the guy refused to pay, so they "undid" the repairs.

In FL if you don't pay your bill within, i think 90 days, the shop that did the repairs can legally take ownership of the vehicle. Not sure of the exact time frame, but a friend had some work done to this TT 300ZX several years ago and didn't agree with the price so he argued with the guy for several weeks. Then he got a letter in the mail from the court about a hearing. All was said and done, friend didn't have the money to pay the bill. Shop kept the car.

i mean, at least its their property, so they can do w/e the hell they want with it, (if it was other peoples cars i would be flipping lol), but WHY??? WHY???? just give it to me
