that's the stupidest thing I've ever heard. First off paypal wouldn't have done anything ANY differently. (file a dispute as a normal consumer, see how long that turn around is, try bordering on months).
Secondly as it has already been said, just open the damn dispute with your credit card.
Thirdly, 'partnered with these thieves'. She realizes google isn't partnered with everyone that uses their services....right?
