Well, I have Day 3 up now. Shooting indoors with dim lighting was brutal inside the Hall of Fame, so I took most of those pics at ISO 1600 (the max on my camera). Anyways, I just have one more day left to edit, since Day 5 was me actually driving home (so no photos that day).

yeah, we were thinking about hitting up Knoxville on the way back, but we had the dogs with us, and we were pretty tired.

Day 4, the last day, is up!
I visited Cooter's Garage (yes, I was a big fan of the show), the massive Opryland Hotel, the amazing Parthenon, and finished the night with some live music. The last set of shots are not as sharp as I would've liked, but I was at 300mm with 1600 iso, handheld.

Excellent pictures -- Nashville looks great. I lived there about 15 years ago -- worked in the building in picture #12 (except it said BellSouth at the top then). I miss that place!

I was prepared to say 'Look, no Brownie logo on Hank Jr's jacket, (Reference pic 96), but then I noticed that damn helmet on the upper left. You know the Stiller's are his favorite team, right?
Since I was at your R&R HOF recently, how do you think it compares to what you saw in Nashville (assuming you've been to both)? Are those last pics are of your hotel? That is one heck of an indoor solarium.

Well, personally I like R&R much more than country, so I'm probably a bit biased. That being said, the R&R HoF is very similar in what it has... costumes, guitars, the hall of fame room, etc. There were probably more inductees at the R&R HoF, but size-wise it was pretty similar. I haven't been to the R&R HoF in many years, so this is how I remember it. Yeah, the last pics are from inside Hotel Indigo downtown. They have free, live music every night (except Sundays) in their atrium area. The Fri/Sat night ones were really good singers/songwriters. The acoustics were great, and it was a surprisingly large place.
