The point of all that is of course you like it, of course its easy to say I only do it so often but its called "addicitve" for a reason. I promise you that in time it will go from social smoking to a regular thing, thats how it works. You don't wanna get addicted. It's dirty (smells), extremely unhealthy and if that isn't enough... it's so fricking expensive these days. 1/2 the reason I was able to afford my 135i was because I'm not spending $200 a month on cigarettes!

Just stop while you're ahead. Chew a piece of gum instead or something. Like I said, it starts as something "casual" but 99/100 times turns into more within a few months.

This is the exact cycle I'm stuck in. Every year, every damn year, I quit for New Years, make it a few months, then go back. Something big happens in my life, all my friends smoke and I steal one from them.... it's over.

I even quit drinking and smoking for the month of January this year, which was absolute fucking hell and I'm back to smoking a few a day.

i social smoked first two years of college. NEVER bought a pack...but i have a lighter. never really had an urge for it... imo you smell like shit after you smoke and your hands just smell of tobacco. i don't think a lot of people find that appealing.

hate it. can't quit. enjoy the act, but loathe the smell. i hate smokers, too. i'll go as far away as i can to have my smoke and then wash my hands as best i can afterwards before returning to a dinner or the like. and if the wind isn't blowing where i'm smoking, i'll pace around trying to keep it off my clothes. i don't smoke in car, indoors anywhere, hate smokey bars. ugh. it fucking sucks. don't do it. stop while you can so easily.
