BMW needs to fire the people working right now and hire some new people.

if bmw did make the x6 which i think is a pointless car, dont know why they cant make an x7 which should be at least more usable for the everyday family. a nice family car for the long trips doesnt sound like a bad idea. id love to take a nap on the third row waiting for my turn at the steering wheel when my wife gets tired. just my 2 cents

I just don't want to see any more SUVs, period. I hate not being able to see around them. As a driver it terrifies me because I can't see what the car in front of them is doing; if that car slams the brakes and the SUV in front of me isn't paying attention (but it's not like THAT ever happens) then that puts me in a dangerous situation as well.

Why? If you have kids and need to haul, buy a wagon. There's an argument to be made for them if you have more than 3 or 4 kids but 90% of the SUVs I detail or ride in have a layer of dust an inch thick and tumbleweeds on the third row seats.

Couldn't agree with you more. Most SUVs / trucks are one or two-passenger... It's because big cars allow driver error. People don't die as much in huge trucks so the spatially-challenged hide behind the sheet metal to make up for their lack of driving skill.

Mercedes has the big GL which looks fantastic imo. It is time that BMW made an X7.

The way I see it: X5 is perfect, can easily see a long future for it. X6 is not ugly, but not practical either, might be discontinued. X3 and X1 are ugly adaptations of original (X5) design and should be killed with fire. If X7 will get a good diesel engine and not be ugly it might sell well.

I would love for BMW to focus on X5 and ditch the rest of X models. But BMW has "market research" department who says that models like X1 are the future lol

Are 4 SUVs not enough? Care to dilute the brand further with overweight people carriers for drivers that could give two shits about the thrill of driving or their car itself?

FOR EFFS SAKE
