All you need to get in is a college degree. Psych, IMHO, is one of the least challenging degrees. I think the only thing less challenging is communications. But dont tell psych people that, they think its the toughest degree out there. I'm sure there are some great psych program and at a higher level it gets ridiculous, but college psych from my experience is.....eh. edit: Also, after you do a clinical psych program in the US, you need to do ANOTHER program to be able to prescribe. I believe its an extra 2 years. |

my uncle got hired at a prestigious accounting firm right out of college without his CPA, and makes a good living. He took the CPA exam once and failed by like 2 points(dont know how they score, but he barely failed). Now he is taking his time to make sure he passes it the next time because it isnt cheap to take it lol.
