this was my first thought too. No way he alone can keep up with the bike. But bike can't outrun the radio. I'd imagine that douche on the bike was arrested five minutes after vid was taken.

judging how long it took them to turn that car around - I think he could have literally "walked" away from them (pushing his bike even)

Irresponsible yes, but like freakazoid said, there are many many worse situations and much more stupid things being done than this incident. Granted if he keeps this up he is bound to hurt himself and others if not get himself killed.

because then they have a huge chance of causing a fatal accident. There has been a report of a biker clocked at 286 km/h here on a highway and the cops just let him go.
