work with autistic kids because you want to, not for any other reason.
volunteer at a hospital to see what doctors do. If you want to consider med school as a future, dont base it on working with autistic kids, its not related enough. grades + exam scores are more important than any extra things you do anyways. fk |

dude i say do it. for the last 3 years i have been volunteering at the special olympics and its awesome. yea sometimes they dont understand. but to see them enjoying themselves for a whole day is very rewarding. i will post some pics of it. im tellin you dude you make a huge difference in these kids lives by doing stuff like this. the looks on these kids faces is priceless.
