If he was on a bulldozer and "escaped", then obviously no one was actually chasing him. Escape is probably not the right word in this case, but it sounds more dramatic for the media. If someone dropped trow and threw a puppy at me, I doub't I'd chase them.
The puppy is the real victim here. |
