I usually use all available light when I can.
One white oval reflector on the camera left side and a large oval silk overhead. Yes, the 35 1.4L pretty much lives on my 5D. I rarely use any other lens actually. I think the 50 1.2L will be my next purchase. kj |

no.
Just a silk to soften the light falling onto her from above. A rag basically..... diffusion. One of those large collapseable refelctors, but a soft white rag that light can pass through.... No flash used at all. kj |

The mounts are a bunch of stuff that I pieced together from www.filmtools.com http://cinemasupplies.stores.yahoo.net/mewecarmo.html It's evolved more, since I shot that photo of the mount. Much move heavier duty stuff being used. kj |
