Oh, shit! That's alot of $ for parking in a handicap spot. It's funny because they're basically always unused here in PA. But parking a shiny bimmer in one without a tag = free car keying.

Yeah. But it does suck parking 1/2 mile away in 5 degree weather when there are like 15 unused handicap spots. Better than a keyed car though.
