I loved the way my STI sounded. It was nothing at all like typical 4 cylinders. Now the evo sounds wimpy IMO, but its still got the balls.

+1 on the video and the human exhaust machine..
Different strokes for different folks - I love seeing subies and evo's on the road and other fellow modders. I don't think I'm better, just different. With those differences in needs expressed through our cars. Now if I see a Kia Rondo with a 6" ebay exhaust fart-can out the back - well yea, then I'm kinda laughing. |

The boxer tone is due to the unequal length headers.
Replace that with equal length headers and it sounds like a normal 4 banger. Here's my Evo fart can. Enjoy
