does anyone know if there are any plans for a series 3 Tivo for Directv?

I don't know why this will be a big deal at this point. DirecTV's own DVRs are now (finally) quite mature and do a great job.. wasn't the case when first introduced, but they've come a long ways. I'm very happy with my HR23-700.
