Anyway to get the USB input after purchasing the car?

I'm new to the forum. I have an '07 335i and I have everything that I want in the car, except the USB connection for my iPhone and USB sticks. Is there any way I can get that now or does that have to be factory installed?

There was some documentation about being able to retrofit the iPod/USB adapter(option 6FL) from BMW posted on this forum a while ago, but several people have asked about it at dealers (including myself) and at this time it is not available (at least in the US).
