This reminds me of what a lot of us racers used to say back in the day, commenting on brake ability of US market cars:
"Europeans don't care if the brakes make noise, so long as the car stops good. Americans don't care if the car stops good, so long as the brakes are quiet."

This guy has actually owned a Lambo in the past, so seeing as this is his 2nd he knows what the brakes should/shouldn't sound like. Lambo sent 4 different techs in, none of whom could fix the problem, so I think he's fully justified.
