I mean, I want a Wii.

Any tips on getting one this side of Christmas without paying eBay gouged prices? My local EB already hates me for daily phone calls. And my local BB and Wal-Mart also think I'm a freak boy.

Any suggestions?

call bb and find out when they are going to get their next shipment and camp out...

I camped out on release day and I got mine! I love it!

I remember when I was trying to get a xbox last year I called and called (at night time) and when they had them they would tell me if they had any and they would go on sale in the morning, and then get a chair and blanket and wait.....

just camp out bro. i camped out at BB on launch day and got mine.

considering the units that nintendo wants to ahve out by x-mas, it wont be hard to get one if do the work for it...

Thanks. Working 9-5 means that I have limited camp-out options. BB and CC are being very coy about when their next shipments are due. :mad: I'll keep trying.

I haven't been this excited about a new console since N64 or perhaps PS2. I can't believe I'm still gaming at 33yo. I'm at the point that I'm telling the folks in the game stores that I need to get one for my kid. I don't have kids!

(btw Nikki - I think your new avatar is scaring me...)

You could pay a bum to camp out for you....I heard alot of people were doing it..

just find a good deal in ebay. I got mine there. Paid $400 shipped for the console, zelda and extra controller, which will have cost me about $350 after tax. I got tired of seeing long lines when new shipments were coming.

I just did it beacuse I thought posts up a pic of an ex girlfriend would be kinda inappropate, plus the only point i want to show off was the arm! not creepy just thought it was kinda weird......

I have to be honest here, at first your photo that you posted got me thinking it was nikki in the photo (by the way it was posted with the tshirt and cutoff face). Then I realized they were of two different folks. I guess I been working too much today. def threw me off guard.
