Friday Night Lights 6/12/09

Here are some pics from the monthly Friday meet here in Chicago. It was an awesome turn out. There had to be at least 100+ cars. These are just some of the highlights.

One of my personal favorites from the meet...

This Z was bad ass. It had a rear mounted turbo. It sounded amazing when it left

Highlight of the meet. 1200+ horsepower supra. When he started it, the ground shook...You'll see why in the last picture.....

And finally, what caused the earthquake in Chicago at around 9:00 PM...

It was an awesome turnout and a bunch of sweet cars. There was a wide range of cars too. There is another meet next month I believe in Glenview/Northbrook area. I was thinkin that maybe all the Chicago area guys that wanna go, we could meet up somewhere and head to the meet next month together. I'll get some details of the next meet and let you guys know if your interested.

Haha my bro didnt take any of my car. There were so many cars there that I figured he should try and get some of the other ones cuz there were so many bad ass cars. There were cars rolling in the whole night, so it was impossible to get allll the nice ones.

oh i was planning on driving there in July, probably in mid to late july. Are there any meets coming up? When is this one held?

Yeah, those cars were bad ass. The black one was completely gutted on the inside AND it was right hand drive. You could tell they were probably both drift cars cause both car's rear bumpers were all F'ed up haha.

I think there is one around then. I'm not sure when yet though. I'll post something in the Midwest forums when I find out. There is another meet with the chiiracingculture guys next weekend, 6/27, in Northbrook. I'll be going to that one and will have more pics to post

There is a Car Show for Cancer on July 26th. Its $15 for pre registration and all the proceeds go to the American Cancer Society.
