What's the weight difference? I think it's about 1500lbs, so 100 more hp wouldn't quite do it, I'd think. Though the Supra would still have an advantage over 130 I'd think.

What kind of civic? EG, EK? 1992-1995 civic's weighed in around 2000lbs. My 2000 Civic EX coupe weighs in at 2,300

He needs a new turbo.... the stock twins are garbage and he is pushing his luck at 450whp. I've seen too many people have the stock twins do major damage to their supras when they push them too far.
Whats the powerband look like on the civic? Is the civic on a bottle? Large single? It's impossible to judge how two cars will compare without looking at that. A laggy ass 355whp civic could very well get beaten my a 450whp supra... |

All just depends on when the turbo spools on the civic. How much power it can really put down, maybe if he's running 225's all the way around and put it all down it could be close.
