Need help finding/purchasing Jewelry

So my current girlfriend has some Tiffany Jewelry, a bracelet and a necklace, which both have the same clasp/locket. It is heart shaped & pictured below.

Her heart clasp was lost when I started dating her and not being with her long enough to buy her a whole new necklace I figured getting the clasp would be a nice little affordable surprise. So I called Tiffany's and they said I have to bring the necklace in without the clasp to replace it and I can't just purchase a clasp.

Any ideas on where to get one for her without breaking into her house and stealing her necklace to give to Tiffany's? Thanks guys.

.
My necklace did the same thing - but they replaced it for free. I did have to take it in for it to be replaced. There are so many fake Tiffany jewelery distributors that they have to be careful. I would let them fix it but I'm not sure how you're going to get it from your g/f's house... does she have a roommate who would be willing to work with ya?!?!

She lives at home with her mom. I guess I can try talking to her and see if she would help me out, but for now I only want to do that if I can't find one anywhere else.

I have a starfish necklace that is actually "in the shop" at T&Co right now.
It takes at LEAST 6 weeks.
I wouldn't go anywhere else but the actual store.
They will actually probably replace the part for free; depending on how/why she said it broke.

I have a pair of Yurman hoops and the end cap fell off of one while I was cleaning them. Took them in (to Neimans) for repair, and they just gave me a brand new pair. (Not replaced on the spot though.)

I think I paid like $50 bucks or something, don't remember.

Good luck!
