Need help with pix!!!

I just want to post some of the picture I took from my trip, but I can't post it because when I upload it, the file is too large and need it to be smaller. Can someone please tell me how to make the file smaller so that I can post the picture. Thanks

I use this free service to host pics, it offer's resizing when you upload. Very easy.
after uploading just copy/paste address
640x480 works good for message boards.

You can also open your pics with microsoft office picture manager, select all the pics and resize them to 640 x 480
