Really important photoshop question!
Hey guys. Don't ask me why but for a project (video) i need to take a food network logo and change the "food" to "crack". I want to use the exact same font that is in the real logo. How would I accomplish this in photoshop? Thanks.

search the web... I'm not at home so I don't have any sites saved on this computer; but you can typically hunt down and install the actual font used by a company.
If the Food Network does not have a specific font, you got your work cut out for you.

well a problem is that none of the letters in the word food are in the word crack, so it is hard to tell that it is supposed to be food network. i used a font that when i put the word food looked very similar to the font that the food netward uses but since none o fthose letters are in the word crack it is hard to tell.

Nikki, just wanted to know one thing: I made one similar to yours but not quite. How would you crop it so there is no white box around it? Just the round logo. Thanks

i used a white font and then used the bacl paintbrush to erase the word food and put the word crack where it is. if you don't want the white around it, use the lasso tool to highlight the white and hit delete and make sure that the background is transparent. then go to save for web and change jpg to gif.
