Got a new job!
So Victoria's Secret wasn't for me, plus I have been trying to find more relevent work experience through the career center at my school. Well today I had an interview and I got a job at a Marktering Research Company at my school (in the office park in the back). The hours are the same every week, unlike Victoria's Secret, and they are flexible which VS said they were but it turned out that they weren't.
So yeah, I'm excited, I will have some good experience to put down on my resume when I go for a job out of college.

Congrats Nikki! It looks great to have experience like that down on the resume before you've completed college. Employers keep that in mind when making their hiring decisions.

thanks everyone! i had to go shopping for clothes today teehee. too bad nothing fits me. i ended up getting a silk dress at j.crew that was on sale from $150 to $50! and i got some shoes at coach but i can't find any pants to fit me. i tried j.crew, ann taylor loft, nordstrom, macy's and nothing really. i'm a size 0 petite and then i still need to hack off like 6" from the bottom. my big problem is they always sit too low so the crotch is like 4" too low.
anyways, hey i found a picture of the dress i got except mine has small off-white polka dots on it. does it look like it would be okay for work (business casual)? keep in mind it is like way longer on me, like 6" longer than on this girl.

Things men shouldn't say out loud in Victoria's Secret...
"Does this come in children's sizes?" "No Thanks. Just sniffing." "No need to wrap it up. I'll eat it here." ... I forget the other ones.

Congrats Nikki.
When you first got the job at VS, I was surprised. I just didn't see you working at a VS store.
