OMFG: On Autoblog - Kid gets ticketed for going too slow Epic Ownage

I did a quick search and this hadn't been posted yet so here you have it:

The run down; dumbass kid was street racing, got pulled over but not ticketed, later ot pulled over and $250 ticketed by the same cop for going 40 in a 55. Complains on the internet and says he's going to contest it in court and gets called out by the same cop who pulled him over. I laughed for 10 minutes at this one.
