I actually don't mind some of the recent Chrysler designs. Too bad they are piece of crap mechanically.

My next door neighbor bought a new Chrysler Cheerokee. It stalled in his driveway a few times in the first week of ownership. It's been in the shop longer than it's been in his garage.

I don't know what possessed him to buy that piece of crap. His previous car was an X5.

Well 2 weeks ago I went to my local Chrysler dealership just to test drive the 300C. The look was pretty okay from the outside but inside, the material was really poor. Also the Interial looks like total piece of shit. Everything is made out of plastic that is colored with chrome. The sideview mirror looks cheap and blurry compare to BMW and Lexus etc. The ride was okay but I dont like the feel of the seat since it hurt my ass just by driving 10 minute on freeway and local, also the ride was bumpy and choppy. The sale guy told me that the 300c is top in car sale this year. He also told me that many people now a day are buying the 300c instead of BMW,Lexus,Benz and etc because of is luxury look and feel. He also told me that the 300c is Benz platform and is the most reliable car on the market (BULLSHIT). In conclusion he told me that the car is fuel efficiant for its size because of HEMI power and most demanding car on the market and last thing he told me is that Chrysler will be on the same class as Benz,Lexus,BMW,Jaguar due to its demanding

Chrysler will NEVER be a luxury vehicle, no matter how much they try to copy them. Mercedes has turned to crap as a result.

When I was a kid, I had a hot wheel that looked like that Chrysler. I'm gonna see if I can find either it or a photo of it.

The first picture of the Chrysler looks like the front end of a beaver with the buck teeth. The second with the sharp edges reminds me of the robot in Bicentennial Man. The 3/4 front right picture of the Aston Martin reminds me of the WWII propaganda cartoons of Japanese soldiers.

My first car was a 1970 Plymouth Valiant. Now, I wouldn't own anything by Chrysler, and by extension, Mercedes. In my opinion, since the Chrysler takeover of, er, merger with Mercedes the quality of Mercedes has plummeted. Chrysler can never dream of pulling up to the former MB standard.

I saw the Aston Martin in Campbell (san tomas aquino expressway) and then the Lambo and Ferrari on Saratoga. I see them all the time somewhat often nowadays. Rich bastards

damn that chrysler firepower is pretty damn nice. I'd rock it.

I think it's good. Every cary has cues from other cars, its almost impossible to have a car with nothing that hasn't been done before. Does everyone want chrysler to make ugly cars? I'm not sure I get it. It's about time normal joe shmoe cars had some style to them, everything in the sub 30 market is so bland.

the Chrysler doesn't look nearly as good as the DBS. Sorry, no cigar. It's appears that they made an attempt, but unfortunately that's as far as they got. The DBS is quite a bit more elegant.

Can't speak for the newer Cherokees, but my '97 Gr. Cherokee has over 150,000 and still runs fine. Bought it in '98 and the only problems have been with A/C, a fuel pump, and a bad bearing in the rear diff. Not too bad for 8 years, IMO.
Jeep had been using a 4L straight 6 cyl engine for years that was an awesome engine, but I don't think they use it anymore.
