You're screwed.
Why does everyone think they can lose weight in a small window of time? Better hit the gym 8+ hrs a day. |

if you need to ask a question like that on a BMW forum, you already lost the battle with motivation and willpower.
you should have been in that gym already, everybody knows not to eat fast foods and sugars and exercise 5 times per week. but do people do it? NO! thats why 60% of americans are overweight. we just like to talk and complain sad but true

Hit the gym.
Work out your muscle groups the way your used to the important thing is cardio. Do it after you're done working out. Watch what you eat, low fat foods and low cals. Keep your calories for the day at 1100 MAX. For cardio hit up a bike at the gym. Do a five minute warm up at level 5 then for 30 seconds go to level 14 at high RPM 120+. Rest for 30 seconds and repeat. Do this until 18 minutes and cool down for 2. It's going to be hard trust me, but it'll provide you with results that last. Most importantly don't get lazy and watch what you eat. |

I lost 14lbs in the first 2 weeks of Army Basic Training. This was a combination of being sick, stress, sleep deprivation, and getting smoked at the same time.

alot of people here are saying cardio..... i think its very important for maximum fat lose cardio is very effective in the am on an empty stomach, where your body burns your stored fat for energy rather than the foods you just consumed hours before. also, cardio in the am seems to jump start your metabolism the entire day. This has workd wonders for me in terms of fat loss. try taking some bcaa's (branch chain amino acids) before am cardio though to minimize muscle burn.
just my 2 cents |

That's how you lose max fat. I went on an extreme cut a couple months back and it worked flawlessly. If you do it right you won't lose too much muscle. That means hardcore protein intake and watching everything you put into your mouth.

What's your optimum weight? If it's anything over 150 lbs, 1100 calories is too low. You'll wind up slowing down your metabolism and be in a catabolic state the whole time you're on such a diet.. few full grown men should be eating less than 1500 calories (and 1500 calories is a pretty serious cut imo).
