Need Photoshop Help

I really do hate Photoshop sometimes.....For the life of me, I can't get this done. I'm trying to change the blue part of the BMW roundel in this file into one with a nice Black C/F weave....Help please!!

This is the file that I'm using but if you have a better one, i don't mind at all.....This is for the logo for the front-end software I'm running on my carpc....
