Trapped in Baltimore
My i5 was released to the transport company on 2/13 with expected delivery on 2/18. When I call the genius hotline to find out what's going, on all they can tell me is my car has yet to leave Baltimore.

My car still hasn't left Baltimore. I've been calling the genius line everyday. All they can tell me is it was released to the carrier on 2/13. They have no idea why it hasn't moved. Really frustrating!

it has finally moved! Dealer delivery is scheduled for Saturday, 3/1. I was worried it had gotten hung up in customs and I would be hit with an additional 25% cost.
