Something to note, that took me for surprise when I went to sign my documents; apparently I qualified for two different rebates.

$1000 - BMW Conquest rebate
$1000 - Manufacturers "Just Because" promotional rebate.

This brought my total % off MSRP to 9.7%. Or 10.7% if you include the savings of what I would have paid going through a broker.

Just wanted to FYI this, in case there are other people in the process of purchase, who meet this description.

I figured that. It probably doesn't fit because they are made for the long wheel base version sold in the Chinese market. I bet the rear doors/pockets are a little longer than the normal wheels base version sold in the US.

Frankly, I'm a bit over it. BMW ignored my order for 2 months before confirming the production week. My dealer guy said it's because I ordered 550e and if it was 540d (that I contemplated) I would have had it already.

Now that they confirmed the production week 3 (January) and delivery in the week 5 (still January!), I'm like yeah, whatever, who in their right mind trusts you anyway? Not after what you did to Todd! lol

lol, hopefully the transport happens much faster within Europe vs. steaming across the world on a RoRo vessel. I'd imagine it gets put on a train? *sigh* Prague is on my list of places to visit, the photos of your country are so beautiful!

They deliver cars to my local dealer by trucks, I've seen them getting unloaded with such speed and what felt like negligence that I thought it was a good thing their owners didn't see that! lol

Dingolfing is just 3 hours away from here, so yeah, hopefully they bring it fast.

I am sure you will be in the process of forgetting the delay ever happened! Mine was 2 months late rather than the 3+ you suffered but within about a day I had forgotten alllll about it and i am still loving the car.
