BMW VSC (Warranty) Extensions
Hi All,
I've read a number of threads across forums regarding BMW's warranty and service contract options. Even saw some suggestions on specific dealerships to contact for "near cost" quotes for them. Did anyone elect to purchase these for your G60? Do any long-term BMW owners have experiences on whether or not they're worthwhile? I do remember the Audi Finance guy at the dealership trying to sell me one at the time I purchased my current vehicle. I declined. They wanted $4800 for it. Likely a good decision on my part, as my Audi has had zero unscheduled maintenance visits in nearly 6.5 years. |

Hey ToddRGuy I wanted to give some time for maybe someone to recommend a BMW dealership before replying. My contact is below for Fidelity and Freedom Warranty extended warranty coverage information and pricing. Both of our providers are accepted for repairs at all BMW dealerships and licensed repair facilities in the US/Canada.

Todd,
Congrats on finally receiving your car. I got my 530i 3 weeks ago. I am in the process of buying a VSC and trying to decide which way to go. I got quotes from Daniel Kim (BMW of Owings Mills), Christine Newman (BMW of Camarillo) and waiting for Jeff Steel (Passport BMW). I also got Fidelity quotes from Trenton. These are all the recommended warranty providers on the forum. Trying now to decide which one to go with. Most probably I am going with 84 months 75k miles. |

I think I’m going to do 75k/84 as well. My Audi A5 that I sold, had 37k on it after 6.75 years of ownership, so I could realistically double my mileage and still be good to go. |
