What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Here's what worked for me. I had similar issues ever since Hurricane Helene until about three weeks ago. Try these steps and see if they help:
Update Apps and Services: Navigate to the iDrive menu, select "Apps," then "System Settings," and choose "Update Apps and Services." Ensure all updates are installed. Check Data Privacy Settings: Go to "Apps" > "Data Privacy" and make sure "All Services Including Analysis" is selected. Reboot iDrive: Press and hold the volume button for 30 seconds while the engine is running. Log Out: Log out of the My BMW app. Reinstall the App: Uninstall and reinstall the My BMW app. Log In: Log back into the My BMW app. Others who had the same issue reported that it took about 24 hours for the trips to work again after completing these troubleshooting steps. |
