Car pulls to the right?

I have about 1000 miles on my new i5 m60, and I’ve noticed more and more that I feel like I’m having to constantly pull the car back to the left on the wheel. I tested about over the last couple of days, and with a straight steering wheel (so easy to tell with that red stripe up top ) the car definitely pulls a bit to the right. I thought it might be road crown, so I drove on the wrong side of the road on a quiet street by my house, and even with the road clearly slanted left the car drifted right with a straight wheel.

I took it in today and they claim to have aligned it twice because the alignment didn’t work the first time. I found this a little alarming.

After two alignments though, the issue persists.

Any tips on other things I can have them check?

My 2022 530e....exactly as you described with your car. At first the dealer said nothing was wrong, but eventually the Service Dept. did an alignment. It still was not not 100% as I know it should be, but better than when I took delivery!

M60 has rear wheel steering as standard. Maybe it’s not calibrated or aligned correctly and that’s the source of steering error, not the front end.

Radial pull or tramlining can contribute to pulling. Radial pull is usually associated with a "bad" tire. Tramlining is usually associated with the tires design.

What tires are on the car?

You might want to take a look at this thread from April 2024, where people were describing misalignment and pulling to one side:

https://g60.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh....php?t=2091836

Ultimately the solution on page two: Good news !! My problem has been solved, they replaced the Steering Rack and the car is driving very fine now.
