I haven't really paid attention to the amount of time people have spent at Status 182, prior to leaving the factory. I'm going to double back, but would anyone care to share the bake-off time for this phase of the saga?

I’m more inclined to believe they simply don’t want to ship the cars to early because there are still MY24 on lots. People who specifically order the next model year get caught up in this process, and while we might get our car a few weeks before dealer inventory arrives, it could be by design. Speculation on my part, but the pattern is there.
Todd, that is entirely believable. Maybe mine shipped right away because it was NOT heading to the US. So it wasn't a sales threat to compete with US sales of MY 24 cars on-the-lot, or still listed as "incoming" to the dealers.

No, did not, but when looking up the vessel, it was BRE

Little movement, but glad to see it. Maybe the next few steps are a little quicker…
In 2 days went from 151 boy shop to 152 paint shop.

Picking up some speed…

Had my car charger installed this week. Just need a car now!

Delivery W/C 2nd Dec. Not too long now, as long as everything stays on track.

Enjoying reading all the threads on here.

last check on the daisy leader via vesselfinder:

The current position of DAISY LEADER is at North East Atlantic Ocean reported 34 hours ago by AIS. The vessel is en route to the port of Cristobal, Panama, sailing at a speed of 16.4 knots and expected to arrive there on Nov 22, 21:00.

I guess I'll be staring at the canal lock cams on 11/22...LOL

152 to 182 in another couple of days.

When they start building them, they really do knock them out quickly!

Hopefully delivery will go smoothly. Uk isn’t too far to travel to.

Let’s see 👍

Sorry to hear yours is affected by recalls. I’m hoping mine won’t be affected as I was informed when ordering that it wouldn’t be.
At the time it was WK43 build and WK48 delivery but now then moved to WK49 delivery. Maybe if it’s here earlier maybe be brought forward to WK48? Can only hope.
Taking longer than I thought but hopefully get the 520i next week. Still two weeks than originally informed when ordering at the end of September.

I’m glad they’re finally getting yours done.

You know, I was asking myself today if I have a right to be disappointed with the whole manufacturing/ordering process. And I think that answer is, Yes.

I’d really like to know why someone who ordered the same vehicle I did, that was scheduled for manufacturing 10 weeks after mine, was completed in 24 hours and is now at the same status.

Ironically, we will likely receive them at similar times. I think when the entire process is completed, I’m going to pen a letter to someone in a C Suite

My 550e is on that boat as well. I called today and Genius didn't have an update.

Hopefully will show in NC by first of next week.
