These look almost the same. The floor liners have a slightly higher edge so your heels don't hit carpet. I can't find them on the BMW USA website. I went to BMW Spain website and they have them.

Ah, took some digging but I found them. They do appear to have more side protection.

Thinking about this more. I do wonder if they can help your heel. I spend about 3 hours a day commuting and do get heel pain.
