The title says it all. AC is on, and when I set the driver’s side to “low” (cold), very hot air comes out of the vents. On the passenger side and in the rear, cold air comes out of the vents.
Can anyone help me with this? I’ll be calling the dealership first thing on Monday.

Well, since the vehicle can actually produce cold air, it makes me think that this isn't an HVAC related issue, but more likely the zone control module, or an actuator that's responsible for directing the air into a specific zone. Definitely going to need a visit to the dealer, it would seem.

sounds like a premature failure of the cooling coil. hopefully I'm wrong.

Check the climate settings. When that happened on my F10 the heater valve needed to be replaced…but that was a 10 year old car.
