Sadly I’m not sure I have an answer. Maybe call up an AD that isn’t a boutique? I highly recommend Feldmar in Los Angeles. They will also ship over the world - friend of mine in NY got a Trilobe from them, brand new at a discount, and they shipped! Usually very knowledgeable about the brands they are an AD for, including Omega.

Thanks for the suggestion, I just checked Feldmar's website. They did carry it but are sold out.

I totally get where you're coming from and agree. Some OB's can secure allocation even with no purchase history. It's definitely worth a shot

I stopped by Omega after work and was able to see / try on the new FOIS. This is no exaggeration; it might be one of the most beautiful watches I've ever seen in my life. No watch is perfect, but the new FOIS might be as close as I've ever seen.

Also with Feldmar, they’ll let you know if they can’t source the watch and which OB to go to. They did that with my Spectre - told me no way they would get a true LE and sent me to the Beverly Center boutique. This was back in 2015, so the watch market was a little different (although not sure how different it really is with respect to Omega (versus Rolex’s huge shift)), but they had 3 Spectre models (the only three in the LA area left) and I snagged one. No discount, but got the watch for MSRP and not a cent more.

The new FOIS is beautiful but IMHO there is something very special about the looks of the new Snoopy. I may have to consult with a psychiatrist as this desire/ obsession probably relates to something that happened to me in my childhood.

I too think the FOIS is beautiful but it's not 42mm which I love about my 3570.50. I can appreciate the Snoopy but I cannot justify the price tag. Obsession, I've only recently been self-diagnosed with Omega fever and am fighting hard to control it after the latest acquisition. I blame/credit my late father who's birthday was July 21 and told me as a boy how to remember the date.

I emailed Omega's sales support and received the following reply.

Thank you for your interest in our 50th Anniversary OMEGA Silver Snoopy Award timepiece. Unfortunately, this highly sought after timepiece was sold out within four hours of announcing that our OMEGA boutiques were allowing pre-orders back in September 2019. Therefore, it is no longer possible to order this particular timepiece as they are sold out nationwide.

They are no longer manufacturing it. However, I have a direct Omega contact I can provide via PM. Not sure if they can locate one for you. I think you’ll find better luck buying through Chrono24. There are usually at least 5-10 for sale.
