I've also been trying to get an idea of what readers are seeing in their respective markets on lease terms. In Canada, the incentives on some models for September have been very strong, credits and very low interest rates on the xDrive50 and the i4 eDrive Gran Coupe of 0.49% on 48 month leases. There are other models that have various lease rate incentives too. They all expire in September.
October will prove to be interesting. I believe BMW has moved to reducing on the floor inventory to reduce this type of discounting. Problem is, it seems to be taking an exceptionally long time to deliver some cars, at least in my case it has. So the trade-in and final price and/or lease terms have yet to be finalized.

You need to check the Edmunds forums. They have up to date information about the current rates, incentives, MFs, etc.
