I have lost count of i4, i5, iX, i7 (and ICE models) affected by Stop Sales, Recalls, parts unavailability, tons of misinformation from dealers to customers, etc...

I think it's sad that BMW's 2024 #1 rating with Consumer Reports could quickly land them in Audi and Alfa Romeo territory for the next round of reports

Agreed. It's a shit show at this point. I don't feel like they're giving their dealers or their customers any significant amount of information.

On top of all that, the cars have option shrinkage. in addition to all the mentions, the 2VV adaptive suspenison pro is provided without anti-roll stabilization for the 550e. I didn't realize that until after I ordered.

One of these problems with the delay is that if you are extending a lease and putting on mileage/KMS passed the CPO warranty mileage limit, the economics of your purchase can be affected.
