Same here. I like sedans/coupes as my daily drivers, and my wife likes to have an SUV.

When financing bmw offers a $5000 incentive plus the same 1500 loyalty. So the difference is only 2500. They also give you promotional financing of 2.99 % of 60 months.

So if you were to lease then purchase it as a used car you would pay used car rates. If you are financing 75k at 6% instead of 2.99% over 60 months you will pay 6000 more in interest over the 5 years…

Did you get an extended warranty? I would not want to own a BMW off warranty.

I have spinal stenosis and sometimes have difficulty getting into a higher vehicle. I only drive sedans. After one day with an i4 loaner, I was so glad to be back in my i5 today. It’s just perfect for me.

I did look at the iX, and I would not have gotten it, even if I could get in it. I really hate the almost vertical dashboard and the weird shaped steering wheel. If I needed the diamond B&W and massing seats, I would have sprung for the i7.
