Hi all

Does anyone have any idea why the G61 530e touring has been removed from the uk configurator? It’s still there for the G60 saloon.

I have one on order but my order hasn’t been updated since mid Aug. Latest build est has slipped back a few times now.

Getting a bit worried 😟

I went to show my order to a family member this evening on the configurator website to be told it’s no longer available and it presented me with 2 i5 eDrive 40 full electric options.

But no plug in 530e.

Anyone got any insights on if there is a problem with the build etc…? Is it normal to be removed like this?

US market, but last I checked we only had the 550e available for 2025. Perhaps the 530e was a dud sales-wise?

I’d think BMW would need to notify you if your order has been cancelled. Otherwise I would imagine that they would fulfill the order they took even if they’re not taking new orders.

Very odd.

It’s back on the uk configurator this morning.

Typical - the one time I went to show my build to someone and that was the day it disappeared!

Forget range anxiety, I have order anxiety!🤣
