I called the CA today and they do not know Anything. I was told on April 15th that they had an allocation for my order. That was nothing but a Lie. No allocation and no production#. I told them there are people that ordered their 540, 6 weeks after I did, and their car is sitting at port in Germany. He told me that cannot be true, because they have not started to build MY25 yet. His Manager said he should have more info in a few days. If they don't have a good answer, may have to get deposit back and buy a Mercedes.

OMG, they are so lying to you. I ordered mine on Jun 11, and had a production order number a week later with a production week of Week 36 (1st week in Sept.) So they are definitely accepting and approving orders, and assigning production numbers. I was told Production of MY 2025 starts in Jul, but my allotment is for Sept.

If you really have your heart set on a new G60, you might want to get your deposit back and pursue dialogue with either a broker or other BMW dealer. They could have an allocation, that they could modify to your liking that is already in the production queue.

This!! Total lie. I ordered July 1st and have a production number. The thing I'm curious about, is *why* they're lying to him? I mean, it's a guaranteed sale. My dealer said they had no one on the list yet for G60's for 2025 and promised me I'd get their very first allocation. What's the reason they can't get an allocation for him? Are they such a low volume dealer that they haven't received one yet?

They are a high volume Dealer, Tampa BMW. That is why I went with them, they should have a lot more allocations.

I don't know what to tell you then. Why they would be lying to you is a mystery. But I don't like that they are saying we are lying. What purpose would that have? I can show you the build sheet with the order number on it. Are they then going to say I fabricated it to damage their reputation?

The original dealer I went to said that my order would sit in a drawer until they had allocations. I got my money back, went to a high volume dealer and had a production number that day. Switch dealers.

That's what I have been saying. Is it possible there are different allocations for ICE 5ers, than for I5 5ers? I would think not since they come off the same production line I heard. Because he is using BMW Tampa. Maybe he should go to Orlando??? Either way I would call around and see who has an allocation they can give you now instead of filling your head with BS.

Definitely. From Tampa you can easily try Lakeland, Sarasota, Wesley Chapel, Palm Harbor, or over to Orlando. *Someone* will definitely hand out an allocation in short order.

Im on the Morning Linda. Due port of NY/NJ August 8th. Unfortunately Im going away for the weekend. I think Monday 8/12 will be delivery day. My 18 x3 m40 was/is a great car. Never had even 1 unscheduled maintenance visit. It's out of warranty and I don't want a transmission or something else to go. Out with the old......

Well it's arrived in Jersey let's see how long it takes from there! Hopefully I can get it by the end of the next week. Between them delivering the car to the dealer and me dealing with my crazy schedule lol.

Should be quick if there are no issues with the car. My car got to the dealer within 2 days of landing at the port. My dealer is about 65 miles from the port.

You're probably affected by the Stop Sale due to the brake recall. Sorry. I hope it's not the case, but you might not get it for awhile.
