Hi. I will be placing an order of a 530e in a few days. When looking at the online 3D configurator provided by my salesman I can notice that the rear lights look a bit different compared to other pictures and cars at the dealership.

I know that M Sport pro tints the lights and makes the "silver line" appear darker inside the rear lights. However it looks like they are now much darker than before, especially that there is now a black part inside them instead of a silver/grey. Or is it just the picture?

I suspect it's just a difference in lighting. I looked at a bunch of pictures I took of my car over the past 4 months from different times and locations and the rear lights look brighter in some than in others. My car has the M Sport Pro trim. See what you think from the shots below - they are all from the same car. Some shots have the lights on, and other have the lights off, but you can still see how they look a little different depending on the lighting and reflections.

However, if you find out there is a difference now compared to before, please let us know. Also, remember to send pictures of your car when you get it!
