Three Different Sport mode settings for Driving Dynamics

Can someone explain the difference between the three Driving Dynamics settings when in Sport Mode? I thought it was like this:
  1. The first setting was the "normal" Sport mode which essentially does stuff like stiffen the suspension, tighten the steering and make the accelerator more responsive.
  2. The second setting adds turning off the steering interventions.
  3. The third setting is the same as #2 but also turns off the Dynamic Stability Control (DSC).
However, I get the same indicator in the instrument panel for both #2 and #3, which seems to indicate in both cases that the DSC is off. The pictures in the owners manual seem to show different instrument cluster settings for these two options.

So, what is the difference between the Sport Plus setting and the DSC OFF setting? Any ideas?
