Questions around i5 maintenance schedule & Ultimate Care+?

I'm looking to get 2025 i5 xDrive and am having trouble finding the following information as part of my research. Can anyone share the BMW maintenance schedule for the i5? Would it be worth getting the Ultimate Care+ package and if yes, can it be purchased post-purchase/post-lease buyout provided car is still under vehicle warranty?

There really isn’t any for the i5. Ultimate care includes oil changes which you don’t have. Wiper blades, fluids, inspect brakes is about it. But, your brake pads will last longer than your lease because of regen.

You can’t rotate tires because of different sizes front and rear.

Thank you! Your different tire size note had me go check and looks like this is the case for the M60, but the i5 xDrive has the same front/rear tire sizes based online spec sheet.

I'm guessing even with tire rotations in the mix it still doesn't make it worth it to get the Ultimate Care+ for an i5 unless I got a significant deal on the package and to have it done by BMW dealership? If for some reason I decided to get the package, do you know if this is available for purchase post-lease buyout?

Garage List
I took delivery March 21 and when I look in the myBMW app for the next scheduled service, it's not until 2 years from the delivery date. All it says is for a vehicle inspection and brake fluid. I have an eDrive40 and skipped on the extra service plans. I don't know if they're available to purchase later.

Thanks for all the responses! This is reaffirming for me that the Ultimate Care+ plans would be a waste to purchase for the i5.
