Hello Guys, I'm having an issue with a subscription Parking Assistant Pro service. I've had the car little over two months I had I trial version of
software if I wanted to keep I had to renew on 2/22/24.

anyway I selected the option for service Like I wanted to try it for one year
but I selected the wrong one so I went back to change it now it say active with an expire date 2/22/24 call support and had them put in a ticket 7-10 for
a response. anyway I checked last night now the app is completely gone
and it's doesn't show in the store to renew like it's not offiered to my car and it does it was working for the first two months

That's not the only thing my car was offered the latest firmware 30 days ago came back to install then I got a message the my bmw app saying the update was been withdrawn never offered again WTF no reason at all IDK I guess I'll have to take it to the dealer for th firmware update BMW really needs go there shit together with there software
