Anyone aware of a recall involving the rear child seatbelt latch?
My CA indicates that this recall has been issued yrsterday and that, as of now, BMW does not have a resolution in place. This will likely cause my car to sit in the VPC until the recall can be cleared.
Anyone know anything about this? |

Just confirmed this with the genius line. They indicated that while there wasn't a fix for this yet, they should know more when it arrives at the VPC on February 16th. I'm hoping that there's a simple fix for the issue or that they'll allow me to sign some sort of waiver that would allow the car to be sent to the dealer and picked up by me as long as I'd agree to have it addressed when I bring the car in for its first service or something like that.
Ughhh, why does this have to be so complicated? |
