The i7 has really plush, comfortable seats more suited to highway driving. My driving is more 2 lane semi-rural highways, so the i5 suited me better. The backseat in the 7 is incredible, but I rarely have passengers. The stereo upgrade is something I wish would have been in the i5. I like the LED lights in the 7 sky lounge roof. I could buy one and start a limo business.
